This is premium, locally grown, pasture raised, all-natural, no antibiotics, finished on cereal grains and pasture grass for an extrodinary product.  A whole beef is approximately 400 lbs of beef cuts including steaks, roasts, burger, bones, and specialty cuts.   Custom cut instructions are available.
